    Essential Duties and Responsibilities 
    • Demonstrate the ability to think both strategically and tactically.

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • 3+ years of applicable development experience.
    • Proven track record of generating income for their organization.
    • Experience in the solicitation of major gifts.
